Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to Barth Lane Coffee Roasters! We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best coffee beans and products. If you need to return or request a refund, please review our policy below:

Terms of Return

Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Condition: Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Opened coffee bags are not eligible for return unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Reasons for Return

Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Products: If you receive the wrong product, we will gladly replace it with the correct one or issue a refund.
Unsatisfactory Quality: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our coffee beans or other products, please let us know, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@barthlanecoffee.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping: Ship the product to the return address provided in the authorisation email. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for products that meet the return criteria mentioned above.
